Responsible for the overall supervision of the teller line in a retail banch office.
Assists in a variety of duties associated with cross-selling products and services as well as establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Ensures compliance with bank policy/procedure, bank regulations and security.
Communicates and supports the overall mission of the financial institution.
High school diploma and/or one year certificate from college or technical school
One year customer service experience
Minimum one year Head teller experience preferred
Strong supervisory skills
Excellent math ability and verbal communication skills
