John C. Bryan, Jr. was named Compliance Officer of Regal Bank & Trust in August 2008.
Mr. Bryan maintains his current position as Assistant Vice President and Manager of the Special Assets Department. Mr. Bryan is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and holds a law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Bryan is admitted to the Bar in Maryland and Florida.

Barbara Broczkowski joined the Bank in January 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both Regal Bancorp Inc. and Regal Bank & Trust.
Ms. Broczkowski has 24 years experience working within the banking industry. Her banking career began as an internal auditor for a large regional bank and proceeded to public accounting where she was a partner specializing in financial institution audits. Ms. Broczkowski became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983. She has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for three other financial institutions prior to joining Regal.

Tom Esposito was promoted to Senior Vice President of both Regal Bancorp Inc and Regal Bank & Trust in January 2008.
Mr. Esposito maintains his current position as Senior Credit Officer and also manages the bank’s loan administration area. Mr. Esposito is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola College.

Amy Whiteley joined the Bank in January 2008 as Senior Vice President, Business Development for the Hunt Valley location.
Ms. Whiteley brings more than 30 years of banking experience to Regal Bank & Trust specializing in commercial lending.

Andrew Smith joined the bank in November 2007 as Regional Vice President, Business Development for the Owings Mills location.
Mr. Smith has more than 18 years of banking experience to include sales, customer service and commercial lending. Mr. Smith is a graduate of Towson University and holds a Masters in Management from Johns Hopkins University. He is active in many civic and professional organizations and is a graduate of the Carroll Leadership Academy.
